First Commuting Team: $650

Second+ Commuting Team: $600

Overnight

Player Overnight: $225

First Coach Overnight: Free

Second+ Coach: $175

Bus Driver/Additional Chaperone: $175

Complete the registration form. Payment is not required at the time the registration form is completed; however, team spots are only reserved with payment.

Team spots are only reserved with payment. You may make the payment in full or the deposit only ($500 per team) to reserve your spot. Deposits are nonrefundable. If the full amount is less than the $500 deposit, payment must be made in full.

Every player (whether playing in games or not) must have a current completed waiver PRIOR to arrival. A new waiver must be completed every calendar year. This waiver can only be completed online; no paper waivers will be accepted.

• Waiver for 17 and Under 
• Waiver for 18 and Older

Every coach/chaperone will be required to sign a Code of Conduct statement and waiver prior to camp. They can be signed ahead of time by downloading here:

Please submit your final roster at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to the camp start date to continuingeducation@gcsu.edu. Our office will use this list to ensure everyone has a current waiver and contact coaches directly if any are missing.

Full payment is due upon arrival prior to participation. Payment in full in advance is encouraged. Please only bring one form of payment to registration (one check, exact cash, or card).
