Hatha Yoga is a method of uniting the mind to body through breathing techniques and a series of gentle movements.
Through time and practice, Hatha Yoga can be a simple method for increasing our flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as a sense of calm, peace, confidence, increased energy, and the ability to find greater focus.
Anyone can participate in this class. Whether a first-timer or long-term participant, all will benefit from the quiet and gentle movements.
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a large towel or padded mat.
